Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and proposals for potential and ongoing construction projects, ensuring financial viability. Permitting & Compliance: Obtain and diligently track all necessary permits and approvals required by local jurisdictions and regulatory bodies. Bid and Schedule Management: Manage the project bidding process, produce comprehensive schedules, and confirm the project's scope during the initiation and planning phases. 2. On-Site Management & Execution: Subcontractor Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities, including the scheduling, coordination, and direct supervision of all subcontractors. Project Oversight: Oversee the entire construction project, ensuring all phases progress according to the established timeline and budget. Quality Control: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to guarantee quality control and ensure strict adherence to architectural plans and specifications. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all critical logistical elements, including inspections, material and supplies deliveries, and the efficient usage of equipment. 3. Safety & Communication: Safety Compliance: Proactively monitor and enforce on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness to maintain a secure and efficient work environment. Liaison with Authorities: Act as the primary liaison with inspection authorities, coordinating with them to secure necessary approvals at each stage of the project.
