On-Site Management & Execution: Subcontractor Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities, including the scheduling, coordination, and direct supervision of all subcontractors. Project Oversight: Oversee the entire construction project, ensuring all phases progress according to the established timeline and budget. Quality Control: Conduct regular site walkthroughs to guarantee quality control and ensure strict adherence to architectural plans and specifications. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all critical logistical elements, including inspections, material and supplies deliveries, and the efficient usage of equipment. 3.
